Receive 320+ hours of world-class coach training program hours and practicum (200 ICF-accredited training hours), and earn three distinct certifications.
All of iPEC’s trainers have completed rigorous training and hundreds of coaching hours, and hold credentials from the ICF.
Throughout the program, you will learn to coach and you'll be coached. You’ll receive 1-1 feedback and support along the way from your peers and professional coaches certified at the highest levels.

The Coach Training Program consists of three live, interactive training modules that last three days each, and are spaced three months apart. Choose between in-person training options.
Inside the live training modules, you’ll master our signature Core Energy Coaching™ methodology for getting to the root of your clients’ challenges and creating sustainable change. Each module has a different focus and distinct learning objectives; together they create a thorough, immersive experience that gives you everything you need to confidently coach anyone, on anything, at any time.
In between the training modules, you’ll complete coursework including peer coaching, 1-1 sessions with a Mentor Coach, and skill-building webinars.

After you complete Phase One, your tuition also includes advanced graduate-level training through the COR.E® Dynamics curriculum.
Choose from four specialized tracks and earn your third certification as a COR.E® Dynamics Specialist in your chosen niche, while deepening your expertise and mastering more advanced coaching skills.

Founded in 1995, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the coaching industry’s governing body with many non-profit chapters located around the world. As the global authority on professional coaching, the ICF plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining high standards within the coaching industry.
While the ICF doesn't offer its own training programs, they do set the gold standard for other coach training programs and lend its seal of approval in the form of accreditation—thereby contributing to the development of competent and skilled coaches worldwide.
